A poem by HELENA BOGNER.

the self to me is made of lines
lines performing relations,
composing connections
always in movement,
I see
lines and relations
forming a figure
and in movement and lines
I feel
for the first time
a construct
unique in shape, still moving
ever moving
but becoming concrete
a figure into which I look,
like a mirror
recognising an essence
concretely me
