A poem by SADIE MUTTON.

I’ll wrap myself in myself
And rock a hushed arc, –
A hazy stretch of days and days,
With weary limbs on downy quilt,
That glint of rot as petals wilt,
The afternoon’s tepid malaise –
For I was through before the start.
